These are renderings of our idea of what the future holds for La Turquesa. Naturally, they will be somewhat different when the complete study is completed. We will define more clearly exactly what the residents will require and what the needs of the sales force will be to present the opportunities offered.

We have planned a massive entrance gate with a plaque with the names of the original owners, the Ejido of San Vicente de los Planes.  There will be a comfortable sales office for management purposes and a water tank with an observation deck so that visitors and residents may enjoy the magnificent view offered by the Bay of La Turquesa.  A Community is proposed to be available to residents for fiestas, meetings, recreation and entertainment.   The Beach Club will be available to visitors and owners for launching their boats, enjoying the beach and the great waters of the Sea of Cortez.
